Strong tie-dye technique focuses less on the dye and more on the binding of the fabric. You don't need a lot of dye to make a really great pattern. It's actually all about the folding.
The same can be said for a strong digital strategy. What is behind the proverbial doors is influential to the entire customer experience. The folding can make or break the design.
I create and execute digital strategies, map customer journeys, research digital behavior and form strong UX teams. My clients branch from enterprise level (ConAgra, Accenture) to regional power-houses (Giordano's Pizza, The Onion, Museum of Science and Industry). My cutting-edge sensibility, background in traditional and new-fangled media communication and my sense of panache has made me invaluable to my teams.
Armed with a BA in PR and a Masters in Media Management, I juggle multiple projects, focus on the business ecosystem and deliver results. Elbows deep in the digital waters, I stay fully informed of the changes made to the moveable landscape. Guiding vision and organizing the responsibility matrix always fly to the front of my list. I'm continuing to further integrate my skills set into service design and am really focused on user-centric communication plans.
Originally from a sleepy lake town in rural Missouri, I moved to the Windy City in 2006. Here I bike, sew, draw, do some voiceover work and am a human jungle gym to my kiddo.
